Space to slow down and make sense of
what's happening

How I work
THE SHIFT

Therapy is often about a quiet movement,
not a fix

People don't usually come because everything is falling apart. They come because something isn't sitting right, and they're willing to look at it.A space for careful reflection rather than performance.

From feeling fine on the surfaceTo understanding what's actually going on underneath
From worn down and stretched thinTo more sustainable ways of carrying responsibility
From stuck in the same patternsTo clearer choices and more room to move

More about me

Much of the work sits
in the grey zones

Work, pressure & responsibility
Relationships & family
Self, meaning & loss

Alongside clinical practice I work in organisational development. I’m well placed to work with people whose challenges sit at the intersection of responsibility, ongoing decision-making, competing demands, and being relied on by others while feeling stretched themselves.

This type of engagement evolves over time as new challenges and opportunities emerge. It often includes elements of organisational assessment, strategy work, leadership development and executive coaching, but the central focus is helping the organisation strengthen its ability to think, lead and adapt over time.

01
Mapping patterns in thinking, emotion, and behaviour.
02
Noticing nervous system responses under pressure - how the body holds what the mind carries.
03
Clarifying values and decision criteria - what matters, and what's in front of you.
04
Exploring strategies that might be more sustainable over time.

This isn't a
passive space

I pay attention to how you think, decide, avoid, push, and make meaning. Together, we explore patterns, test assumptions, and look at what's helping versus what might be keeping things stuck.
