Space to slow down and make sense of what's happening
How I workTherapy is often about a quiet movement, not a fix
People don't usually come because everything is falling apart. They come because something isn't sitting right, and they're willing to look at it.A space for careful reflection rather than performance.
Grounded in practice
I’m a registered psychologist with a background in clinical practice and organisational work. My approach is integrative. I draw on what’s useful for the person in front of me, not a single rigid model.
Originally from South Africa, now in Lutruwita / Tasmania. Telehealth across Australia.

Much of the work sits
in the grey zones
Alongside clinical practice I work in organisational development. I’m well placed to work with people whose challenges sit at the intersection of responsibility, ongoing decision-making, competing demands, and being relied on by others while feeling stretched themselves.

This type of engagement evolves over time as new challenges and opportunities emerge. It often includes elements of organisational assessment, strategy work, leadership development and executive coaching, but the central focus is helping the organisation strengthen its ability to think, lead and adapt over time.
