As human & imperfect as you

My role is to offer time, space, and respect to help untangle what’s been shaped by experience, responsibility, and circumstance.

I work with adults from a wide range of backgrounds, identities, and life experiences. You will find a respectful, inclusive, and affirming space.

How on earth does someone choose who to open the deepest corners of their mind and heart to

It’s a good question, and I don’t know.

I do know that it can take a few goes to find your ‘psychologist spirit animal’. I do believe that it’s worth the perseverance, even if it takes a few goes and even maybe a few years.

If you’ve tried in the past and been disappointed, it’s not necessarily because a particular psychologist wasn’t ‘good’. It’s just about finding someone that’s right for you, and right for the version of you right now.

What to expect working together

Calm, engaged, direct.
Balancing listening,
learning, and action

01
A thinking

partner
who will keep up
You can expect me to pay close attention and reflect back to you. I'll also name possible patterns clearly when our relationship is ready.
02
Care and warmth,

with rigour
You will be met with curious and honest questions that help move us forward, while not making you feel like you're in a sea of judgement.
03
A willingness

to challenge
Together we will gently push back on assumptions — mine or yours — in service of clarity, not confrontation.
04
Feedback-informed

practice
It’s so important to track how the work and our relationship is actually going in real time.
